Privacy Policy

• Account: your name, email address, and password or the details of the account you sign in with (such as Google).
• Payments: billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• AI use: the prompts and instructions you enter, files you upload, the outputs generated for you, and the models and settings you choose.
• Connected services (optional): data from a Google account you connect, limited to what the features you use need (see Google user data).
• India hiring (EOR): company name, contact name, email, phone, role and enquiry details you give us.
• Usage: IP address, access times, cookies, device and browser information, and how you use the Service.

Redrob Desktop's AI Firewall can hide personal details such as names, phone numbers and email addresses on your own computer before a request leaves it.

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service, including generating answers and outputs.
• To process payments, credit top-ups, usage and refunds.
• To answer support and India hiring enquiries.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
• To understand and improve the Service, and for marketing, only where you have agreed through our cookie banner or otherwise.

We do not use what you enter or upload to train AI models.

To answer a request, the relevant data is sent to an AI model through our own gateway, Redrob Console. The gateway sends requests only to providers that do not train on the data: Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic API, and OpenRouter limited to Zero Data Retention endpoints with data collection denied.

When you connect your Google account to Redrob Chat, we access only the data needed for the features you use:

• Gmail: read, search, label, draft and send messages at your request.
• Google Calendar: list your calendars, read and search events, and create or update events at your request.
• Google Drive: only files you pick or create with Redrob (drive.file).

How we use it: Google user data is used only to answer your own request in real time. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or let people read it, except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law. Google user data is never used to create, train, or improve any AI or machine learning model, by us or by any provider.

Limited Use: The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy)

Retention and deletion: We keep Google data only as long as needed to provide the feature. It is deleted when you disconnect your Google account or delete your Redrob account, and in all cases within 30 days. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or ask for deletion at privacy@redrob.io.

We use cookies the Service needs to work: to keep you signed in and to remember your language, light or dark mode and cookie choices. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing tools (Meta Pixel, HubSpot) run on redrob.ai only if you allow them in our cookie banner, and you can change that at any time from the cookie settings in the site footer.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it with service providers that process it for us under contract: Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Vercel (website hosting), the AI providers listed above, Stripe (payments), Twilio SendGrid (email), HubSpot (customer relationship management and, with consent, marketing), Tally (forms), and Channel Talk (support chat).

In our India hiring (EOR) service, a candidate's details are shared with the hiring company only with the candidate's consent. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, payment records).

We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing (GDPR), or to know about, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. To use your rights, write to privacy@redrob.io.

The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, the Republic of Korea and India, where data protection laws may differ. We protect it as this policy describes wherever it is processed.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with its effective date, and tell you in advance of material changes.
