Terms of Service

Redrob provides AI products for professional work, including Redrob Chat (an AI assistant on the web and in apps), Redrob Desktop (a desktop app that runs Redrob Chat and Redrob Code on your own files, with AI Firewall), Redrob Console (models, APIs and account management), Redrob Labs (research) and an India hiring and employer of record (EOR) service (together, the "Service").

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

One Redrob account signs you in to every Redrob product. Your account information may be shared across Redrob products to provide one experience, each product's Supplemental Terms apply when you first use it, and a serious breach of the terms of one product may lead to suspension of your access to all of them.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may use the Service only lawfully and in line with these Terms. You must not:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• use the Service to create or spread malware, spam, fraud, or content that is abusive, harmful or sexually exploits minors;
• try to get around usage limits, security or access controls, or access the Service by automated means we do not offer;
• reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows;
• resell or give others access to the Service without our written permission; or
• enter other people's personal information without a lawful basis.

You keep your rights in what you enter and upload ("Input") and, as between you and Redrob, in what the Service generates for you ("Output"). You give us the rights we need to process your Input and Output to provide the Service. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or other professional decisions, and use your own judgement. You are responsible for how you use Output.

AI Firewall helps hide personal details on your computer before a request leaves it. It reduces risk but cannot detect every kind of personal information, and it does not replace your own obligations under data protection law.

Paid plans, credits and top-ups are priced as shown on the Service and billed in US dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Credits are used as you use the Service at the rates shown. Fees and unused credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices, plans and credit rules with reasonable notice.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features to keep the Service working, secure or in line with our plans. Where a change materially affects a paid feature, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

The Service, including its software, models, design and content we provide, belongs to Redrob or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to it beyond the license above.

The Service may connect to services you choose, such as a Google account, or route requests to third-party AI models. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redrob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and tell you in advance of material changes. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
