Hiring across borders, from Seoul
McKinley Rice starts in Seoul with a hiring platform for India: Korean companies hire Indian engineers, and we employ and pay them on their behalf (EOR). It becomes the only Korean company with hiring offices across five Indian regions.
2022
AI skill tests
AI skill tests make hiring faster and fairer: a test is ready in seconds and predicts how someone will do on the job.
2023
$4M seed, and Redrob
Daekyo Investment and Wanted Lab lead the seed round. The cross-border hiring platform Redrob launches, used by companies including Mercedes-Benz, Citibank and GE.
